When do you call 112 or other emergency numbers?
In the following situations, do not call the Crisis Intervention Team, but rather:
In case of acute threat or danger, violence, fire or if someone needs urgent medical attention. For example, in a life-threatening situation, a robbery or an accident.
For advice, suspicion or reports in the area of domestic violence and child abuse where there is no crisis.
For medical questions outside office hours. For example, food poisoning or a child who keeps vomiting.
If there is no emergency but police assistance is needed.
Do you have suicidal thoughts? Then seek help quickly.
